Welcome to the 2019-2020 School Year! Full tummies think faster, score higher, and grow stronger! Tulare City School District is excited to announce that in the 2019-20 school year, ALL enrolled students will continue to be eligible to receive FREE breakfast and lunch. You read that right - all 15 of our school sites will offer breakfast and lunch at no cost to our families! Menus are available right here on our website (click on the Menus tab above). You can also access them from the TCSD app on your smartphone or the school secretary can provide it upon request. Menus will also periodically be made available on our TCSD Facebook page. Good nutrition and learning go hand in hand. The Nutrition Services Department is made up of a team of food and nutrition professionals that are dedicated to students' health, well being and their ability to learn. We support learning by promoting healthy habits for lifelong nutrition and fitness practices. Meals are served at schools that meet state and federal requirements which are based on the USDA Dietary Guidelines .
